It's Rosie Rourke's Fantasy Football Contest! 


Football season is once again upon us (GO SEAHAWKS!!!) and we are excited to host our popular Fantasy Football contest again! The winner will receive a pair of Seattle Kraken Tickets for the 2024 season, a $500+ value!

The rules are simple, start by filling out your online draft form below. Enter one player for each category, these will be your players for the entire season. At the end of the season we will tally up the points and announce a winner, that's it! Draft form must be submitted online by Sept. 7th at 5pm, good luck!

March of Diapers Drive!

We are Proud to be a Donation Location for this Year's March of Diapers!

March 1st through 31st we will be accepting your donations of diapers, baby wipes & monetary donations at our Fairwood real estate office. Adult diapers will also be accepted and open packages of diapers. Our goal is to bring in 2500 diapers + 2500 baby whips. If we reach our goal BEFORE March 19th Rosie has agreed to dress up like a baby and collect donations at our team office, LOL!

Join the Rosie Rourke Team and Keller Williams Mountains to Sound in collecting school supplies for students in the Kent School District! Communities in Schools Kent's Fill the Bus supports all 42 schools in the Kent School District. The Rosie Rourke Team office is a drop off location for items needed for the 2022-23 school year. 

When: Please drop off the items listed below by August 17th at 5pm.

Where: 16333 SE Petrovitsky Rd, Renton, WA 98058 - Office hours are M-F 9am-5pm.

Help Fairwood Fire Victims!

We have such a kind-hearted community!

A huge thank you to everyone who has dropped off gift cards here at our team office. Each one will be distributed to the families displaced by the Fairwood Landing apartment fire last week.
 
We are still needing and accepting gift cards and monetary donations. Please continue to drop them off as soon as possible, so that we can quickly get them in the hands of these victims.
 
✨Most needed are grocery, gas and Visa gift cards. ✨
 
You can also make a donation through
Blanket Coverage, The Richard Sherman Family Foundation. They have been crucial in raising funds and immediately helping these families.

The Annual Fairwood Recycle Event is BACK!!!

Join us for our annual recycling event in Fairwood Greens! Just like previous years we have partnered with 1-800-GOT-JUNK and Confidential Data Shredding! This year there will be FREE HOTDOGS, so stick around and enjoy a free lunch!
 
Mark your calendars and join us on July 16th!!!

KW Red Day 2022

Red Day is a day of service for all Keller Williams agents that happens once a year! This year the Rosie Rourke Team along with our Keller Williams Mountains to Sound brokerage, are collecting donations for Vine Maple Place's Care Closet!  

The Care Closet meets the needs of basic hygiene products for VMP families. While Moms and Dads are at VMP busily working towards stability, they can grab what they need for their family from the care closet. This helps reduce their budget and saves them time and gas going to the store.

Most items can be purchased at the Dollar Store, Walmart, Fred Meyer, etc. or in bulk at Costco. (Please no sample sizes)
