Get to Know the Rosie Rourke Team
Hi everyone, here is a little bit more about me. I reside in Renton and am part of the Fairwood Community with my supportive husband Mike and my two sons, Jordan and Tony.
As a proud member of Fairwood Golf & Country Club, I love interacting with my neighbors and I am proud to call many of them my friends and clients.
I am a native of Seattle and graduated from Kennedy Catholic High School. I am sibling #5 out of 6 children and have a passion for family and helping real estate dreams come true for my clients. I literally wake up every day and get to help people, and I am now working with second-generation clients!
Hello, I’m Sandie, Rosie’s twin sister and operations manager for the Rosie Rourke Team. I was born and raised in Seattle and have lived in the Fairwood Community of Renton since 1995.
I have a real attention for detail, which is a perfect fit for me, as I manage the transactions for both the buyers and sellers. I also get to hang out with my sister (and best friend) every day!
I have two kids and a grandbaby on the way. I have a passion for our community and love to be involved with the Kent School District and volunteer whenever I can for community causes. I strive to live by the Golden Rule and treat our clients the way I would want to be treated.
Hey there everyone, I’m Liz. I was born and raised in Renton, WA and I am a third generation graduate from the historic Renton High School.
My connections with the local community run deep. My husband Chuck is a Captain in the Renton Fire Department and we have two great kids together. I am very active in schools and community events when I’m not on listing appointments and servicing our clients.
I’m Colleen. I was born and raised right here in the Pacific Northwest and I have lived in many different communities in Washington.
I have extensive knowledge of the different cities and neighborhoods, from South King County to Pierce County, which makes me a wealth of knowledge for my clients when showing them homes.
I spent 13 years in title and escrow so I have a deep understanding of the “details” when it comes to real estate transactions. When I’m not working for my clients, I love the outdoors, camping, golfing, and spending time with family and my husband, Dave.
Hi everyone, Melissa here. I grew up in Renton and graduated from Lindbergh High School. I currently live in Fairwood with my husband Josh and my three kids.
Both Josh and I have deep community ties in Fairwood, Renton, and Maple Valley. Because of this I understand the unique King County area and the complexities of each neighborhood. I’ve helped families from Redmond all the way down to Tacoma buy homes, and everywhere in-between.
I also believe in giving back to the community. I am involved in the local schools, charity organizations, and both the Kent Chamber of Commerce and the Renton Chamber of Commerce. I will put my unique talents to work for you in searching and finding you the perfect home!
Hello everyone, I’m Carey, a longtime resident of Renton. I live in the Fairwood community with my husband, Davie, and two kids.
My job is to get your home ready to list… and I love it! One of my passions is home improvement and I love being able to help our clients get their homes show-ready. I also build the marketing flyers, coordinate with our photographer, and I get to be a part of an amazing team.
I’m Gayle and I have a confession to make… I love to watch HGTV!
Real estate is my passion and I get to do what I love every day. I’m a lifelong PNW native and know our area well.
My role on the team is to assist Rosie and the listing side of our business. I am also a licensed real estate agent and love showing homes to our buying clients as well. I was recently made a grandma and I couldn’t be more excited for the next chapter in my life!
My name is Karen and I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. I have lived in the Fairwood community since 1988 with my husband. We raised our three kids and still love the area.
I have a long history of involvement in our local schools, scouts and theatre. My family mantra is – ‘You catch more flies with honey than you do vinegar’!
