Everyone knows that Spring is the best time to list your home, right? It's a little bit different this year but yes, Spring is an amazing time to list your home! It's a little different because we saw a surge of home buying activity in the historically slower months this year, January - March. Record low inventory + low interest rates had buyers swarming! There has been a bump up in inventory the last 30 days, 43% more homes were listing from March to April. More inventory means a more balanced market, but it is still extremely healthy for sellers. 

Right now interest rates are still super low and there is a larger than normal pool of buyers looking for homes. Supply and demand is dictating this market, even with all the COVID19 craziness going on!
