We must be doing something right; our team continues to grow, and we help hundreds of local western Washington residents buy and sell homes every year.
Hi everyone, here is a little bit more about me. I reside in Renton and am part of the Fairwood Community with my supportive husband Mike and my two sons, Jordan and Tony.
As a proud member of Fairwood Golf & Country Club, I love interacting with my neighbors and I am proud to call many of them my friends and clients.
I am a native of Seattle and graduated from Kennedy Catholic High School. I am sibling #5 out of 6 children and have a passion for family and helping real estate dreams come true for my clients. I literally wake up every day and get to help people, and I am now working with second-generation clients!
My name is Karen and I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. I have lived in the Fairwood community since 1988 with my husband, where we raised our three kids. Years later, we still love the area and continue to be deeply rooted in the community. I have a long history of involvement in our local schools, scouts and theater, and currently serve on the Kent Schools Foundation board.
My husband is a local business owner and we love to travel, both here in the Northwest and around the world! As a buyer's agent, I feel uniquely privileged to work with clients to help them find new homes. There is nothing quite as satisfying as handing the keys over to an excited buyer. My experience can help you find the home of your dreams too!
Lisa is a lifelong Washington native where she raised two beautiful daughters and is married to the love of her life. She started her real estate career over 25 years ago in Property Management. Her talents led her to becoming a Managing Broker for a property management arm of a reputable corporation in Woodinville. Lisa built this Property Management branch from scratch and led a team to find properties for clients, friends and family. The branch's main client being Microsoft, placing executives in properties.
Lisa feels blessed to work in a career where she makes meaningful connections and helps families find homes. Lisa will tell you that over the years, it has brought her great joy to offer quality customer service to the amazing clients with whom she has built long-term relationships. With her real estate start in Property Management, it was a natural fit to transition into sales.
Rosie Rourke came calling! The Rosie Rourke Team is an elite real estate team ranking amongst the top 1% in the nation for sales. While the Rosie Rourke Team creates a real estate experience of full service and hundreds of 5 star reviews from their valued clients, the team is most proud of their generosity and giving back to the communities they serve. This culture is in alignment with Lisa’s values of integrity and ethical behavior, creating a recipe of success. She cannot wait to bring an amazing experience to you, your friends and family.
Having spent decades in the Pacific Northwest, I continue to marvel at the beautiful region we live in. My husband and I raised our four children here, exploring the gorgeous coastlines, spectacular mountains and hidden treasures of the Northwest! We love the outdoors, camping and exploring – It’s part of the reason I know the area so well!
As a real estate broker, I enjoy active participation with the Renton Chamber, bringing my connection skills to small businesses, volunteer work, the Ambassadors Committee and local events. These skills translate well to real estate, as I’m in the business of building relationships to insure seamless transactions for my clients!
I take my position as a real estate broker very seriously! When I hand you the keys to your new home, I want you to be excited that I didn’t just find you a house, but instead, a home that you’re excited about! My goal is to be with you every step of the way, helping you to understand the process and the tools necessary to get you into a home, in these most challenging times! It would be my honor to serve you and your family in that journey.
Hey there everyone, I’m Liz. I was born and raised in Renton, WA and I am a third generation graduate from the historic Renton High School.
My connections with the local community run deep. My husband Chuck is a Captain in the Renton Fire Department and we have two great kids together. I am very active in schools and community events when I’m not on listing appointments and servicing our clients.
I have been a realtor in the real estate industry for 17+ years. Starting as a successful solo agent for 12 years with listing and selling homes as a top producer at Prudential and then making the move to Keller Williams. Instead of a producing agent I continue to serve the real estate industry with leadership roles and client care with the Rosie Rourke team. I currently am one of our listing coordinators assisting with the management of our listings.
I am all about contribution, developing meaningful relationships and earning our clients trust, it is my passion! The Rosie Rourke Team was a natural progression for my career with their commitment to community and the highest standards of excellence for their clients. I am a Pacific NW native and resident of Maple Valley for 25+ years with my husband, 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
When I’m not in the office assisting our listing team and helping our clients I serve as co-owner with my husband at Rock Creek Lube Center & Automotive in Maple Valley and donate my time at Vine Maple Place, which provides homeless adults and their children with housing stability, life skills and counseling, workforce development, budgeting, child and youth services. I also enjoy hiking PNW trails, exploring the Hawaiian Islands (who doesn’t?!), singing, piano, Sci-Fi & adventure, and spending time with our 2 Havanese fur babies!
I’ve taken on a new and exciting journey. I was an owner/operator of a painting company for over 25 years. I raised two beautiful and talented children, and in turn, I gained a son in law and daughter in law and two incredible grandchildren. I lived in the North end for over 38 years. I made the decision to make my way to the South end to be near my daughter, grandchildren and my sisters. I received a call from my sister Rosie wanting me to join her fabulous real estate team as their Field Operations Manager, Event Coordinator and Team Assistant. My sister, Sandie, also works with the team – I couldn’t resist such an opportunity to be with my sisters, and to learn another trade was something I really didn’t need to think twice about.
I’ve always enjoyed real estate and design so this seemed like a great fit. Rosie’s team is incredible, we’re a force of encouragement and support working and helping clients through the world of real estate, selling and buying can be so stressful, but Rosie’s approach to catering to her clients makes the experience more enjoyable. I’m learning the business from a great leader and mentor and I’m proud to say I’m part of this dream team!
Hello! My name is Stephanie and I am the licensed Transaction Coordinator for the team. I’m a Renton resident with 16+ years real estate experience. I began my real estate career as a Broker Services Representative and with that experience, I learned first-hand the complexities of the industry, and this helped me fine-tune my skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of the contract-to-close process. I am detail-oriented and I love assisting clients in achieving their real estate goals and dreams.
I love all things Seattle, most especially our Seattle Sounders! When I’m not cheering them on, I’m supporting our local restaurants, breweries, and museums. I also love to travel and spend time with loved ones.
I grew up in San Francisco/Bay Area & moved to WA 14 years ago with my husband Jim and our our 2 kids – Madison and Ava. We have lived in Fairwood neighborhood for the last 10 years and love it here! We were actually client's of Rosie's before I was offered the position I am in now and I recently obtained my Broker's License.
I'm passionate about helping community and volunteering for Girl Scouts, PTSA, Treehouse for Kids and Birthday Dreams. Last year I received a certification in Nonprofit Management at UW.
Prior to joining the team, I was a Program/Project Management Consultant and a Director of HR/Operations for Sila Solutions Group, a Management and IT Consulting Firm. I also love theater, concerts, trying new restaurants, hiking, avid reader of all sorts of topics, traveling once the world is able to open back up. Spending time with friends and family.
