Last year called VIP Family only every quarter and did pop bys to them. This year, contacting entire SOI every quarter.

· Sphere = Team member gets touched - Each team member minimum of 200+ SOI

· 6 postcard mailings per year

· Invitations to events- Annual recycle Event, Turkey Trot, workshops, fundraising events we do

· Ask their favorite charity! We spin the wheel of all charities entered and pick 3 to donate at year end in their name (celebrate King County's Rosie Rourke Day)

3. Direct Response to All Marketing (post card, Renton Reporter, Fairwood Magazine, social/FB & IG, google, YouTube) - Landing pages + offer + opt in for lead capture

4. Lesson learned from last recession - Be consistent and work the plan- triple down on leads.

5. Live and breathe our team mission - families helped vs. GCI or transactions, we are here to help not just make money. Give back, don't just take.

       a. Serve a need - collect for fire victims, food drives, diaper drives, whatever the community needs, lean in.

6. Dedicated marketing director - Professional marketing director who thinks like a consumer, not an agent

7. Less automation-more authenticity - Personalize, don't commercialize. Email newsletters, community engagement on social/in-person and social media has a personality, not just copy and paste content

8. Dedicated, independent website - SEO, customization, stand out because it's different, full control

9. Nano targeted Google ads - 55+ sellers, first time buyers, upsizers, targeting Seattle/eastside because they are moving south.

· Monthly postcard – 8000 per month

· Positively Fairwood FB group (run by us)

· Active in local social FB groups

· Local Newspaper
