Short Sales are down 10%!

In helping our buyers and sellers we are pleased to report we do not come across as many distressed sales as we did in the past.

A distressed sale, also known as a short sale, is where the the owner owes more than the market can bear. Distressed sales bring home values down.

In 2012 the 98058 Fairwood Renton ZIP code market reported 20% of the market were short sales.

In 2013 it was 17%.

Excited to report that in 2014, it is only 10%!
